[100% Working] ROOT the Xperia TX already updated to the official Jelly Bean 4.1.2 for rookies

Hey everyone! today i'm going to tell you guys how to root the Xperia TX already updated to the latest Jelly Bean 4.1.2 from Sony.
The rooting method worked perfectly for my own Xperia TX and if you follow these steps I think you will have no problem rooting your device.

IF FOLLOWING THESE STEPS CAUSES ANY PROBLEM IN YOUR DEVICE I WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE, FOLLOW THESE STEPS AT YOUR OWN RISK. I DON'T OWN ANY OF THE LINKED FILES.

Here goes:

Step 1. Back up or sync your personal data using any method you prefer.(Although rooting your device wont delete any personal data but why take the risk?)

Step 2. Drag down the notification bar and go to settings > Developer options > tick USB debugging

Step 3. Connect your phone to your PC and the phone should display a message to  install PC companion, tap "install".

Step 4. Now in your PC go to my computer and you should find a removable drive that says "Sony PC Software", double click on that drive and install PC companion.
WARNING: THE INSTALLATION OF THE PC COMPANION IS COMPULSORY FOR THE ROOT PROCESS TO SUCCEED.

Step 5. Now connect and disconnect the phone a few times, if you see the same PC companion installation message in your phone just skip it.

Step 6. Download this file: http://cloudzer.net/file/ombbx7kf

Step 7. Extract all the contents of the archive in a folder in your c drive and name it "roots"

Step 8. go to start menu and type cmd and run command prompt.

Step 9. Write: cd C:\roots (hit enter)

Step 10. You should be in the roots folder now

Step 11. Write: stuff\adb devices (hit enter)

Step 12. If you see some numbers underneath the line "List of attached devices" then you are good to go, if you don't, that means your phone drivers are not installed properly and you should try installing a newer version of the PC companion.

Step 13. Close cmd and delete the contents of the "roots" file

Step 14. Download this file: http://uploaded.net/file/ni1svkhk

Step 15. Extract all the contents of the archive in the "roots" folder and repeat steps 8 to 11 again, this time however you should see a lot of data after step 11 instead of just some numbers and digits.

Step 16. Write: runme (hit enter)

Step 17. the interface should become green and it should ask you to make a choice between tree different choices.

Step 18: Write: 3 (hit enter)

Step 19: Now follow the instructions exactly as it says in the program and CHOOSE "superuser" instead of the "supersu" when asked.

Step 20. If you've finished doing everything SUCCESSFULLY, go to the play store and download root checker and check if you have full root access.

Step 21: If you get root access the NFC might stop working, don't worry its just a bug, a quick fix for that is to go to play store and get the Root Explorer app. If the app asks for root access give it root access. now go to the /data/ folder in your root directory, delete a folder named "usf" and reboot your phone. NFC should be working now.

There you go, you've now successfully rooted your Xperia TX running the official Jelly Bean update from sony.
